Our client needed to fix 2 strata-titled properties with rotted balcony components. The challenge was not to remove balconies in their entirety, but to replace rotted and damaged members where needed. 

On a more limited budget, it looked like a difficult and complex job to begin with. We repaired and repainted both balconies, to revitalise the look and also provide long-lasting structure. Our client was extremely happy with our cost-effective solution.
